Q: What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order for custom made bobbleheads is 100 pieces.
Q: How much do they cost?
There are a number of factors that go into pricing. We can generally do a custom made bobblehead of 500 pieces for $5.00 per piece(excluding shipping).
Q: How long does it take to make a custom made bobblehead?
The are many steps that go into producing a custom made bobblehead to your design. Each step takes a certain amount of time. Generally, we can have a custom made bobblehead order made and delivered to your in about 90 days. Rush orders are accepted but additional charges will apply. Orders that are rushed can generally me produced and delivered in 30 days.
Q: What materials are the bobblehead made of?
We use a polyresin to make our bobbleheads. Most of the bobbleheads on the market today are made of this material. It is sturdy and durable. We do not make our bobbleheads from plastic.
Q: Do you charge for prototypes?
Due to the time and effort that goes into producing the master prototype, there is a charge of $200 for the prototype. This is due after pictures of the clay prototype are approved.
Q: What are the payment terms?
We require 50% down upon prototype approval and the remaining 50% prior to shipment to your location.
Q: Where is your factory?
Our factory is located in China.
Q: How are they packaged?
Each bobblehead will be packaged in a white box with styrofoam insert. This packaging hold each piece securely and protects it from damage. Window boxes with plastic clamshell inserts are also available at an extra cost.
Q: What do I need to create a custom made bobblehead?
You just need an idea! You can submit photos, sketches, or drawings of your design and we can make it a reality. Pictures should be submitted in .jpg format.
Q: Are there any limitations on what custom bobblehead I can produce?
We can create any design into a bobblehead. If you are looking to produce a bobblehead of a celebrity, sport star, etc, you will need to supply us proof of license for that image.
